Judiciary Weekly Updates - July 2008
7/22/2008 Judiciary Weekly Update
Since the beginning of the year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has made 937 arrests in workplaces, more than 10 times the 72 arrests made five years ago. This increase in arrests is the result of a three-year-long crackdown on employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants. Increased worksite enforcement has proven to help protect American worker and encourage employers to hire a legal workforce.
7/14/2008 Judiciary Weekly Update
