This week, House Democrats are expected to announce "compromise" legislation to modernize the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). But if the House Democratic Majority refuses to bring up the bipartisan Senate FISA bill, they will compromise our ability to gather foreign intelligence.

Democratic Majority Leader Steny Hoyer recently announced that House Democrats are working towards a compromise on a proposal to modernize the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). But if House Democrats refuse to bring up the bipartisan Senate FISA bill, they will compromise our ability to gather foreign intelligence.
